Rava Idli
Step 1: Add 260ml. water and 100g Dahi (curd) into contents of the pack and mix it well. Keep it aside for 10 minutes.
Alternate Way
Step 1: Add 300 ml. water in the contents of the pack, mix well to form a smooth batter and set aside for 10 minutes.
(But with Dahi (curd), the taste and softness improve significantly)
Step 2: Grease Idli moulds with oil. Pour the batter in preāgreased moulds of Idli cooker. Steam the batter in Idli cooker for 15 minutes.
Step 3: Serve hot Rava Idli with Richswad Instant sambhar and coconut chutney.
