Raw Material Inspection and Handling
Begin by thoroughly inspecting incoming raw spices for quality and purity. all raw spice materials undergo a thorough inspection process to ensure they meet quality and safety standards. Additionally, samples may be taken for laboratory testing to verify the purity and quality of the spices. After inspection, the raw spices are stored in our own PLC Base cold storage(Maharaja Agricold Pvt. Ltd.) facility. Proper storage conditions help maintain the quality and freshness of the spices.

Processing and Packaging
During processing, maintain strict hygiene and sanitation standards in the production area. Our state-of-the-art stainless steel spices plant dedicated to spice manufacturing and clean them regularly to prevent microbial growth and contamination. Employ standardized recipes and procedures to maintain consistency in flavor and quality. After processing, package spices in government approved packing material with appropriate labeling that includes batch numbers, expiration dates, and allergen information.
